I climbed mount Taranaki- a vulcano that rises out of the coastal flat-lands to 2520m.. an amzing climb.. the previous alpine walk [Tongariro crossing] was nothing compared to this [in terms of physical effort]. My god.. what a monster! Photos will come soon...

Ahoy the Flying Dutchman - Jeez boys and gals what a climb! We met bas on the way up the famous Mnt Taranki and had the pleasure of having him on the climb down. Thanks for th company - helped keep us sane on whats got to be the toughest activity we have ever done
